Don't see many of these in my area, electric water heater. Can't tell if it is an 06 or 03.

The information I have - it is the same as "American". The first two digits equal the year the second two equal the week.

US Craftmaster is made by American Water Heater Group, 1st 2 digits of the serial number is the year, the next 2 digits is the month of manufacture
