Ancestral Foundation
Morning members and colleagues. Hope this post finds you well.
Looking for new narratives on Ancestral Foundations, random rubble stone.
Renovated 1875 row homes. This was the condition of foundation stem wall.
Thank you in advance.

Re: Ancestral Foundation
Morning, Barry.
Hope this post finds you and your family well.
The episode that taught ancestral foundations. Lol... Just kidding.
Pies are plumbing. Ducting HVAC. Stone and Beam. Bingo!
Here is the front of the foundation. The steel H beam runs down the center of the residence and is supported by 4 wood columns. The foundation, front and rear, and both stem/common/firewalls are random rubble stone.

Under the site manufactured bond beam beam, still wrapped in plywood, I suspect was a steel H cast in place with concrete, with the wood casting frame left in place in a crawlspace, that should have not been there in the first place. At one point, the erection of the building, 1875, foundation and stem/common/fire walls are random rubble stone and should still be a Random rubble stone stem wall.
The point I am eluding to in the post to this thread is that, the fire wall/common wall/stem wall is masonry, random rubble stone, and should have been rebuilt/erected in masonry. Now there are 3 materials bonded to one another all of which will react differently under, load, humidity and temperature. I was looking for narratives to would elude reads to the point.
Where's Barry? Guess he went to InterNACHI MB to spy...LOL.
