    Question Distribution Panels

Follow up inspection. Issues in old panel sparky replaces panel & breakers.
Issue that "still" exists receptacles "still" show not grounded as per Ideal Sure tester. Please tell me what you see in "new" or old panel. Jerry don't beat me up here I think I see the problems.

Also, what's going on with the multiple cable entry at the upper right in the first pic?

AND that top ground terminal bar is not isolated from the enclosure, NO neutrals should be on it, period.

Then there is the ground on the other neutral terminal bars lower down on the left and the right. Looks like a ground bond screw needs to be removed from the neutral bar metal piece which connects the 2 lower neutral terminal bars together (when the neutrals are relocated down to these neutral terminal bars).

Plus the other issues raised by the others.

    Yep, what a wasted effort.

Was this done with a permit? Contact Noel at the building department there in Destin. Show her the photo, she will likely want to know where it is.

Other than some rust, the old panel Installation looks better that the new.
